VVTA was born from a simple frustration: most grappling gear didn’t match the intensity of the sport it was made for.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a discipline built on precision, pressure, and constant refinement. Every movement matters. Every detail counts. Yet much of the apparel in the space felt loud, disposable, or designed more for marketing than for the athletes who train every day.
VVTA was created to change that.
Founded by grapplers who live the grind of the mats, VVTA set out to build a brand that reflects the true nature of submission grappling. Disciplined, technical, and relentless. The goal was not to follow trends or chase hype, but to create gear that feels as serious as the sport itself.
